The team is still working on the outage but to keep you updated: Around 6:44am our database provider pushed an automated configuration change that has caused our db to be unavailable. We are working with them directly to restore service. I do not yet have a specific eta. we are responsible for the reliability of what we ship to you and are working to restore service in the short term and that this won't happen again. I'll post another update as soon as I know more and you can keep an eye on the status page as well
