Thanks @Ace K I have voicemail detection on. I initially used the inbuilt assistant, but switched to tools when I didn't get the desired result. Unfortunately, I'm still experiencing the same with tools. The AI leaves voicemail message, but the content is from the sales script in system prompt, instead of the custom message dedicated for that. I just want anything that works
