Hey everyone I have encountered an Issue: Transfer Call - No Fallback When Destination Declines When a user asks the AI assistant to transfer them to a human, and the destination number manually declines/rejects the call, the fallback message does not play on the user's side. Instead, the user continues to hear ringing with no response or fallback behavior. Expected behavior: When the destination declines the call, a fallback message should play to the user (e.g., "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable.") and call should drop. Actual behavior: User hears continuous ringing with no fallback message. Steps to reproduce: Configure transferCall tool with a destination number User requests to speak to a human Destination phone rings and the person manually declines the call Observe that no fallback message plays and the call stays in ringing state Is this a known issue? Is there a recommended way to handle this scenario?
