Hi, does anyone have any idea as to why this has started happening recently ? and is there anyway it can be fixed. it happens when monitoring campaigns and clicking on calls to see the transcript.

Also, do you have any idea as to why , usually around 10pm / GMT + 8 , our campaigns seem to freeze and don't work again until gone midnight. does anyone know why that would be happening ?

I haven't heard this before but I would also bring it up to support with any details you can provide that would help them look into it.
