Thanks for that information, i haven't yet tried it in a new browser or incognito, i will be sure to try it. it's not happening on all calls, it's just random. when i'm monitoring the call results on the campaigns sometimes i click on a random call to check the transcripts and it happens then, i then have to go back to the homepage and reload and then make my way back into the campaign.
