Hello everyone,
We are planning to set up AI-powered outbound calling agents to contact real estate brokers. The primary objective is to collect a single piece of information: which software/CRM they currently use to manage their real estate listings.
Before we proceed, I have a few questions:
* Do we need to obtain consent before making AI-powered outbound calls to brokers on publicly available or randomly sourced phone numbers?
* What is the process for setting up a phone number? Does Vapi provide phone numbers directly, or do we need to purchase them from a third-party provider and integrate them with Vapi?
* I tested the Vapi trial version and found that the AI handled general conversations quite well. However, it often struggled to accurately capture software names and email addresses. Since software names can be uncommon, contain special characters, or be industry-specific, this is a critical concern for our use case. Are there any recommended approaches, configurations, or best practices to improve the accuracy of extracting and recording this information during calls?
Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
