We want the AI agent to wait for the user to speak before it assumes that the user has finished their input or has no response. Therefore we are testing the silence timeout and response delay. We set both values to their max values 600 and 2 sec. We are using "Jennifer" from playht. Setting the values to max values has not effect. The agent interrupts the user directly after he makes a small pause. It seems that the settings don't have any effect. Please help, since the pause and giving the user time to answer is cruial for our calls. Thanks.
