Hi, I integrated my function with pipedream. When I call my number and the function is triggered, the ai keeps on saying that an internal error happened and my request was not processed but when I look it up in pipedream the http request was successful and the changes I wanted are well-reflected. So I don't know why my vapi ai assistant is keep saying it's not. It would be great if I could get some help!

what's the action being performed in pipedream? are you returning the result of that back to vapi?
