I'm not sure if there was a major update but several assistants suddenly had their settings scrambled and source prompts reverted to old versions. The cost estimations have increased significantly. The voice assistants are suffering massive hallucinations and are completely dysfunctional. They speak random jibberish, drop off in the middle of sentences, skip illogically to confirming a call booking (always on Thursday) without having a conversation, and other weirdness. To top it off, login has stopped working and now I just get a loading screen and can't access my account. My developer is having the same issue on the other side of the world. VAPI is completely broken! I am going to lose clients over this! What is happening?

Have you been in a ticket since 2 days ago? I do not think most here are having that problem at all. Also clall estimated cost - is well an estimated cost. Are you saying that is the same price showing up everytime? Call logs etc?

I had to copy my whole assistant to a different account to get it to work
not sure if it was a buggy new feature or what
but it was really bad. After rebuilding the assistant from scratch, same prompt and settings, we were able to get it to function again, albeit in the wrong account for now
