Are there are any other ways I can train the assistant to pronounce works properly? I really like the 11Labs voices so would prefer to continue using them.

@Mark Patterson I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing pronunciation issues with 11Labs Voices. Pronunciation can sometimes be a challenge, but there are a few strategies you can try to improve the way the assistant pronounces certain words: 1. **Phonetic Spelling**: You've mentioned trying this already, but sometimes it takes a few attempts with different phonetic spellings to find one that works. 2. **Break the Word Down**: Try breaking the word into smaller parts and then string them together. For example, "allowed" could be broken down into "al" and "lowed". 3. **Use Homophones**: Find a word that sounds similar to the problematic word and replace it in the text. For instance, "allowed" sounds like "aloud", which might be pronounced correctly. 4. **Add Punctuation**: Sometimes, adding a comma or a hyphen can change the way a TTS system interprets the word. For example, "al-lowed" might help. 5. **Adjust Speech Rate**: Changing the speed at which the voice speaks can sometimes affect pronunciation. 6. **Submit Feedback**: Since you prefer to continue using 11Labs, consider providing feedback directly to them. They may be able to update their models or provide additional support. 7. **Custom Pronunciation Dictionary**: Some TTS systems allow you to add custom pronunciations for certain words. Check if 11Labs offers this feature. If you'd like, I can assist you in contacting 11Labs support with your feedback or explore if there are any specific settings or features in 11Labs that can be adjusted to improve pronunciation. Would you like to proceed with that?

@Mark Patterson I'm here to help, but as an AI, I don't have the capability to directly contact external services like 11Labs. However, I can guide you through the process of how you might contact them: 1. **Support Ticket**: You can submit a support ticket on the 11Labs website or through their customer support portal if they have one. Include the call ID, timestamps, and a clear description of the issue. 2. **Email**: If they have a support email address, you can send them an email with all the relevant details. 3. **Community Forums**: If 11Labs has a community forum, you can post your issue there. Other users or the support team might have solutions. 4. **Social Media**: Sometimes reaching out to a company through social media can get a quick response. Remember to provide as much detail as possible, including the call ID, timestamps, and examples of the pronunciation issues you're facing. If you've tried any workarounds, mention those as well. Would you like guidance on how to structure your support request or any other assistance?
