06/06/2024, 4:50 PMI received this error after my call abruptly stopped on ID 02a97f37-22ed-4a08-8f58-01e14184ea3c. Another call abruptly dropped about 30 minutes late but I receive an unknow-error for he end-call reason. (call ID: 717d29b8-9273-440f-bc68-a2cb677c3654) has anyone experienced this or know why it might have occured?
