Assistant does not respond

In a recent call, the assistant finished the first message, but did not say anything afterwards. By looking at the logs, I realized that the call recording and transcription simply ended while the assistant was saying the first message. The end of the first message, or the caller response, was not captured by the recording. This has happened a few times lately. Call ID: 3e4991ee-3a91-4d9a-b282-8da90d5928d6

As per the call logs, I can see that there were no logs related to it and in the logs, it is saying that the call was ended by the user. Can you tell me if this is happening all the time? If yes, then can you share a couple more call IDs?

I also have the same issues I ran it through to all 2 different org and assistants m and in both situations. The assistant hung up after the first greeting. We tested this 15 times.

Can you send me all the 2-3 call_id and can you try to recreate the assistant with the same settings and give it a try once

I have exactly the same problem. The call goes through but does not convert voice to text. But it works on the web.

I turned off "Background noise removal enabled" and it works

Hey everyone, sorry about the issue. Something related to denoiser model not returning any audio back. We pushed a release to force disable the denoiser for everyone, for now. While it's building, feel free to manually disable it for your assistants.
