@user. Absolutely, I'd be happy to assist you with that! For Spanish phone numbers, you would need to import them into VAPI, as we currently only offer direct purchasing of US & Canada phone numbers. To import a Spanish phone number, you can follow our phone calling guide which provides detailed instructions on how to proceed. If you need any assistance with the import process or have any other questions, please feel free to ask!
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

You can use a workaround for now, which is to buy a US number and then use caller verified ID to mask your number with your Spanish number.

do you have any video or something that explain?
v
@user. I'm glad you're interested in finding a solution! While I don't have a video to share with you directly, I can guide you through the process. Here's a brief overview of how you can set up caller ID with a verified number: 1. Purchase a US number from VAPI. 2. Verify your Spanish number with VAPI to use it as a caller ID. 3. Configure your VAPI settings to display your verified Spanish number when making calls. For a detailed explanation and step-by-step instructions, you might want to check our documentation or tutorials available on our website. If you need further assistance, please let me know, and I can help guide you through the process or direct you to the right resources.

@B_IA I apologize for any confusion earlier. To address your need for a Spanish number, the workaround would be to purchase a US number from VAPI and then use the caller ID verification feature to display your Spanish number. Unfortunately, I don't have a direct link to a video tutorial, but you can follow these general steps: 1. Log in to your VAPI account. 2. Purchase a US number through the VAPI dashboard. 3. Navigate to the caller ID verification section in your account settings. 4. Follow the prompts to add and verify your Spanish phone number. Once your Spanish number is verified, you can configure your outbound calls to display the Spanish number as the caller ID. For detailed instructions and assistance, it's best to refer to the official documentation or contact customer support directly through your VAPI dashboard. They can provide you with step-by-step guidance and any additional resources you might need.

where is located the caller ID verification inside the account settings? there is not such option in vapi platform
v
@B_IA I apologize for the confusion. If the caller ID verification option is not available on the VAPI platform, it seems that my previous information was incorrect. VAPI may not support caller ID verification for numbers outside of the directly purchasable regions. In this case, I recommend reaching out to VAPI support directly for assistance. They can provide you with the most accurate information regarding the capabilities of the platform and any potential workarounds for using a Spanish number. If you have any other questions or need further assistance with different features of VAPI, please let me know, and I'll do my best to help you.
