I'm having problems when the voices playback to confirm a spelling it reads them too fast or combines it with phonetics sounds... I tried E X A M P L E and eleven labs just mangles it

this is very tough getting the model to spell back an email address to confirm with a user it is correct half the time they cant understand it leading to great frustration

Currently, 11labs is quite unstable that's why use a different voice provider. It will fix this issue.

yeah im going crazy with this last 3 hours

trying to get an email address and have it confirm the spelling back with elevenlab total freaking failures

who do you think is better suited for this?

One more thing transcriber are not very good at collecting structured data.

yeah its been quite teh struggle to get an email address over the phone and have it confirmed back to the user... been miserable trying to find a good way to do it

the best combo i have found so far is playht jennifer with deepgra nova 2 general... not really noticing much differences between the nova models

try using phonetic alphabet, a in apple,etc

yeah I had a version that did that using the military library.. but its like annoying as hell to the end user on a long email address just because it can't pronouce letters slowly and clearly...
