Scam labelling for calls?

Hey guys, recently I've been getting a very low answer rate for phone calls. What resources/processes you guys use when purchasing a new number from twilio so it avoids negative labelling? Is there a software that checks phone number's reputation? things I do: -Call and answer at least 10 times my personal # -Register the number at free caller registry

From what I have seen people use multiple numbers and do the bulk calling or they have some dialer integrated to vapi (supported only on enterprise plan through SIP trunking)

How do prevent this from happening? Same story today, received 2 phone calls about the phone number being used in a scam or something.
