We are experiencing this issue for the calls where Hippa is enabled. Attaching the end of call report for a recent call. This was working earlier and we started seeing this issue recently. It is because we don't send recordingWav in end of call report anymore but you can bring your own S3 credential where we'll add the recording.

Thanks @Sahil. We got the call recording for a call last evening. The VAPI Call id is - 4a31853e-36e2-4af3-8c03-b57d339b93b8. This end of call report had the recordingWav with 0s and 1s. Can you confirm that recordingWav won't be sent? Also, can you share the implementation details for using our own S3 credentials.
I tried another call just now and the recordingWav was sent again in the endOfCall report. I have set my AWS S3 credentials in the dashboard. I can see vapi_s3_credentials_test.txt was created, but the recording for the above call is not showing up in AWS.
