Voice assistant won't respond after 10 seconds

This is the third issue I've had in the past week and a half. The voice assistant I pushed live yesturday now doesn't respond after 10 seconds. Nothing has changed as far as the assistants concerned and I even tried switching providers across the board to resolve this issue. This is for a new high paying client and the third client in the past week and a half thats been affected by issues. Okay. Here's what I got so far: 1. Remaking a bot worked this time 2. It's been really cutty the last hour or so, anybody getting this reception too?
3. It doesn't seem to be on Twilios side
This is better than Air or Synthflow by a lot though.
Voiceflow is a bit more in depth. I want to use VAPI if they don't make this a common thing. They could just be upgrading. Maybe we have backups or they can include a duplicate function...

I have multiple clients with voice assistants pushed live. Recreating all of them is not an option unfortunately. This is causing me to honestly look at other options because this is ridiculous
I can't have these assistants go down every other week when theirs paying clients depending on these to manage all their calls

Redudancy has always kind of been the name of the game in automation and programming is more what I'm speaking towards I think. Thank you for creating this thread. Is there anyway to tag it #urgent #emergency?

Absolutely not. I certainly can't afford the reputation hit because of some infrastructure partner. I already am dealing with an upset client because of synthflow

We should have a way to communicate during onboarding but we cant say it's just going to be off randomly and oh well...
I've also spent some usage minutes now testing this which is the other problem. I spent a TON on synthflow. This just needs a couple last touches. Bad timing for sure. I had to walk back an offer to a client to call it as a demo.

One problem with synthflow was they just pushed updates without a way for us agencies to prepare our clients for maintanence. Maybe a notification feed or something? I already am in love with the mid-tier developer abilities here. You've got me if I can use your infrastructure for Utah clients and it works.
