Hi, I want to create a squad that acts as a single assistant (from the caller perspective). I thought I could do this by setting the transfer message to an empty string, and by setting the firstMessageMode of the 2nd assistant to 'assistant-speaks-first-with-model-generated-message' . However, even with this, the assistant says "Let me transfer you", before transferring to the 2nd assistant. Is there a way to prevent this? example call ID - 92b8e6b6-1cfc-47ae-b9f9-c7f8c410f941

@nisalr I understand you're looking to create a seamless transition between assistants in a squad without the caller noticing the transfer. The behavior you're experiencing, where the assistant announces the transfer, is currently the default behavior. However, to achieve a silent transfer without any verbal indication, you would typically need to adjust the settings for the squad members to enable a silent handoff. Unfortunately, as of my last update, there isn't a direct setting available to users to remove the verbal transfer message entirely. For your specific request regarding the call ID you've provided, I would recommend reaching out to the support team for more detailed assistance. They may be able to provide a solution or workaround that fits your needs. Please ask support for more info on this.

@Shubham Bajaj can you please help him out?

@nisalr the request was successfully resolved to your squad member but later system has invoked the request-start message of the the transferCall function.
I require sometime to check the exact reason.

Thanks for the update. I haven't set a request-start message. Does this get set by default?
