Hey! I was hoping to get some deeper anaysis of why this call randomly dropped. assistant: 2f9c94e1-7730-4b83-a61a-d22af5c7af91 This assistant is using GPT 4o, ElevenLabs, and Deepgram transcriber. What did you see in your database for the call reason? Do you even have access to information on the calls that we don't?
