Call scheduled on API but VAPI never actually call

Hello, We have some serious issues, we are using the API to automated calls to our clients. We get the confirmation from VAPI that the calls are scheduled but they do not happen. It is not the case for all calls, some of them go through immediately after scheduling. We thought originally that there could be some delays but it has been 72h+ and some 144h and still didn't happen. Anyway for us to check what is happening, we are very confused. How your scheduling the call, and getting the confirmation?
If you make more than 10th calls then every 11th call will be dropped because of concurreny limit,
Also because of no response i am closing this ticket.
