Hi there, it seems that something changed with the transcript functionality the past days because it now includes the initial prompt which is a bit confusing. For my case I provide the transcript to my customers and they shouldn't see my prompt. They should only see the real transcript of the call. Is there an option to exclude the prompt from the transcript?

@balistooo what transcript are you using, is it the messages being sent in the client messages during the call, or the end-of-call report transcript? Either way, the initial prompt appearing typically comes from the System role when it's sent, and the actual conversation messages are from the User role & Assistant Role (or "AI" if you're using messages in the end-of-call-report). You can filter out the system role message before providing the transcripts to the user so it doesn't appear. Hope that helps!
