None of any thing from thekb files. @Shahzad looks like KB cache misses to get the information, is it happening frequenetly? if yes can you please share another call id.

I have never seen it working. even for dashboard based Assistants. Here are 2 calls with dashobard based assistants. e5788016-6035-455f-bf8a-53eae143fa02 f8470c3e-889f-4084-bca9-e8d8f93e8b69 (This one is funnier than above)

@Shahzad did you delete the following file: 7d0ea2e3-e6fb-43c9-b704-99d608e09d46 and the assistant with id 0e50abc6-b8c1-453e-aeae-532402bc2acc.
because i couldn't find theem to help you debug i require the file id.

yes I deleted the assistant. I thought you already have seen it. Now I am able to get some KB info in the call but its not consistant.
