I've created a Squad on my account and it's working great when I test it using the web interface, however when I assign the Squad to an inbound number, the transferring function doesn't seem to work properly. It say's it's going to transfer the call then just stops. Am I doing something wrong?
Hmm, I think this is my fault. I don't think I've assigned the squad to the number. Let me dig further.
So, yes, this is my fault. I don't think there is a way form the dashboard to assign a Squad to an inbound number.
Yup, I used the API to set the squad to the number as per the docs and it worked fine. I did have to clear out the assistantId by setting that value to null. Perhaps it might be a good idea to allow users to assign squads to numbers via the UX?
