The tools was getting triggered on n8n before. But after trying this again after few days it doesn't trigger at all.

I've been using tools with n8n today and it's working fine for me, I'm no expert, but have you made sure to add the tool to the assistant?

looks like you are doing some extra stuff here. Are you using the OpenAI stuff and not following the docs?
