I have added a specific file (.docx) as a knowledgebase. In my prompt, I have asked the agent to use this file with the file name as a knowledge base but the agent is completely ignoring it. This is something I am experiencing new. Until last week, this was not happenning. What am I doing wrong? What should be done? Can someone help?

@Mandar I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the knowledge base integration. Let's try to troubleshoot this together. When you upload a .docx file as a knowledge base, it's important to ensure that the file is properly formatted and that the agent is configured to reference the file correctly. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue: 1. **Check File Formatting**: Ensure that the .docx file is formatted in a way that the agent can parse and understand. This usually means using clear headings and structured content. 2. **Configuration**: Verify that the agent's configuration is set to use the uploaded .docx file as a knowledge base. This might involve checking settings or parameters that link the knowledge base to your agent. 3. **Compatibility**: Make sure that there haven't been any updates to the agent or the platform that might affect compatibility with .docx files. 4. **Testing**: If possible, test the knowledge base with a simple query that you know should return a result based on the content of the .docx file. 5. **Logs/Errors**: Check for any logs or error messages that might give you a clue as to why the knowledge base is being ignored. 6. **Documentation**: Review any recent changes in the documentation that might indicate a change in the way knowledge bases should be integrated. 7. **Support**: If you've gone through these steps and the issue persists, it might be best to reach out to the support team for the platform you're using. They may be able to provide more specific guidance based on recent changes or known issues. If you provide me with more details about how you're referencing the knowledge base in your prompt, I might be able to offer more targeted advice.
