what is your use case? and it doesn't make sense econmically to use this and its too expensive

And there is one issue, I don't know if you know this But Gulf Arabic is a bit different then Egyptian, Syrian and basically different compared to the written Arabic

Well it's for real estate agencies Here, We need multi langauge support, Because there are a lot of people who are not fluent in english

Are we talking about proper formal Arabic "Fos7a" or the actual Khaliji dialect?

Twilio is just too expensive for phone numbers calling in Dubai. The web calling can work, although not sure about the quality of the voice. Some trials needed

Not exactly sure but I would think this would require some kinda fine-tuning of an LLM like Jais (don't quote me on that xD)

And the costs are .20$ per minute on twilio if I'm not mistaken right?
