I'm trying to set up a call assistant for my business I have little experience of working with these areas but have tried to build it the best from the knowledge I've gained from YouTube clips however the problem on facing is that the assistant Face Screen is different to the ones that I see on YouTube it doesn't give me the right hand side with all the options and requirements what am I doing wrong? scroll down you will see create assistant button click on it to create the assistant after that you will see all the options expected.

Hi Shubham, thanks for reaching out for me I tried what you've said in relation to trying to scroll down put there isn't any scroll bar and I'm not able to expand that's my difficulty when I look at other people's on YouTube it gives a different integration then what I see on my screen grateful for any help

What are seeing that you don't have? Even with the update everything is the same.

Hey thanks for reaching out to me maybe I'm not explaining myself correctly please forgive my ignorance it's the first time I'm trying to do this when I click on to the assistant as you will see from the screenshot it only gives me two options the appointment or customer service it does not allow me to scroll down it does not expand and therefore I cannot use any of the other elements that I see when I'm resourcing the use of this particular app there is nothing to click on to save or to accept either customer service or the appointments when the screen goes back it is just the same opening screen that allows me to create an assistant.

You should create a video. ALso the other two are just templates. Not really that much important as you would configure the settings anyway.
