My tool for an assistant was working just fine, didn't really make any changes, and now not working all of a sudden.

The assistant just goes blank and stops talking. I've made sure that I have Make credits left, so I know that's not the issue.

Also wanted to ask if the deepgram multilingual transcriber only supports english and spanish together? Tested it with english + spanish and worked fine but doesn't really work with other languages

Unfortunately had some issues with the calls during a demo as well, hoping this can get resolved asap, thanks!

<@157991542517268480> can you please try with explicit tool call instruction in another test assistant because in this call the call was ended before the assistant tried calling the tool.

I did wait a while at the end of the call and it wasn’t triggering so I think that’s why I ended the call

I’ll try again though with the new assistant and get back to you on that

I created a new assistant, super simple prompt and it worked

But with my regular assistant it doesn't work, not sure if it's something with the prompt. I've tried experimenting with different wording and even duplicating the assistant, still not working

yes it's because of the prompt, but you can share the latest call id.

It might sound like I ended a little early, but I was watching the Make scenario and it wasn't triggering so I just ended

Because usually it triggers the Make scenario at least 1-3 seconds after its message

Since from my experience, the deepgram multi transcriber only worked with spanish + english

not sure if this is normal and if there are alternatives to supporting something like arabic + english or german + english

as of now multi supports spanish and english only, and I am unware of other deepgram model support mutltiple languages.
