Hey everyone, I'm writing a roleplay scenario and need the agent to use the endCall function at the end of the call, but even with gpt-4o it only works sometimes. In the main prompt, I add "You need to use the endCall tool to end the call. Do this at the end of the conversation." and in the middle of the prompt when I define the steps, e.g. " End the call (endCall) if the caller could not convince you to ...". Does someone know a better way?
