Did you find a solution for this? I’ve been using a batch solution with Make.com, sending 10 calls every 3 minutes. That comes out to 200 outbound calls per hour, which is not bad. Haven’t hit concurrency limits since. The majority of calls go to voicemail and last under 30 sec, so could probably go down to 2 min batches with no problem.
