My assistant was working just fine, answering questions and starting conversations but then out of nowhere, I call it and it doesn't talk at all. I tried creating a whole new assistant with pretty much everything the same as the original assistant with the only difference have a different phone number and tool call. Could someone help me solve this issue?

@lgonza23 I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your assistant. To assist you effectively, I'll need a bit more information. Could you please provide the assistant ID for both the original and the new assistant you created? Additionally, if there are any error messages or codes you've received, that information would be very helpful in diagnosing the problem.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.
Got it. Tagging @User for additional help.

@lgonza23 Thank you for providing the assistant ID for the original assistant. To proceed with troubleshooting, could you also provide the assistant ID for the new assistant you created? Additionally, it would be helpful to know if there were any changes in the environment or configuration that coincided with the issue starting, such as updates to the system or changes in network settings. This information will help us narrow down the cause of the problem.

I expanded my credit limit and ever since that it hasn't been the same. Additionally, I was trying to connect a different tool to the assistant by deleting the old tool but on make it still calls that tool
these are also some errors i saw: [ERROR] status-update Server URL Error: Request failed with status code 500 [ERROR] end-of-call-report Server URL Error: Request failed with status code 500 [ERROR] phone-call-control Server URL Error: Request failed with status code 500
what could be wrong?

@lgonza23 Based on the information you've provided, it seems there are a few potential issues that could be causing the problem: 1. **Credit Limit Expansion**: Expanding your credit limit should not typically affect the functionality of your assistant. However, if there were any changes to your billing or account settings during this process, it might have had unintended consequences. 2. **Tool Connection**: If you were trying to connect a different tool and deleted the old one, but the assistant still attempts to call the old tool, it's possible that the assistant's configuration was not updated correctly. Ensure that the new tool is properly configured and that any references to the old tool are removed from the assistant's settings. 3. **Server URL Errors**: The errors you're seeing with status code 500 indicate that there's a server-side issue. A 500 status code usually means there's an internal server error, which could be due to a variety of reasons such as a misconfiguration on the server, a problem with the server itself, or an issue with the code that's being executed. To address these issues, you can try the following steps: - Double-check the assistant's configuration to ensure that the new tool is correctly connected and that there are no remnants of the old tool configuration. - Review any recent changes to the server or environment that the assistant is running on, especially around the time you expanded your credit limit. - If you have access to server logs, look for any additional information around the time the errors occurred to get more insight into what might be causing the issue. - If the problem persists and you're unable to resolve it with the above steps, it may be necessary to reach out to the support team for the voice API or the server hosting the assistant for further assistance. If you need to escalate this issue to the support team, please let me know, and I can assist you with that process.
