Dear Support, I am using a German landline Twilio number (imported into Vapi) and I am utilizing the transferCall function in my assistant. Everything was working well until I changed the Routing Region from the US to Ireland (IE1) on Twilio's website to reduce latency. Since making this change, my assistant is functioning faster and sounds clearer, but the transferCall function is no longer working. When the assistant attempts to forward the call, I can see in the call logs that it shows 'Forwarded → +49 5066 64766' in the call transcript. However, the call gets disconnected the moment the assistant tries to connect. In the Twilio logs, there is no 'Outgoing Dial' to the above-mentioned number. What can I do to make the transferCall function work for the Ireland region as well? Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Still not workingfor me 😕 The call gets lost the moment Vapi transfers the call. On Twilio there is no "Outbound Dial"to the number the call shoud be transfered to. This is the call Id of my last try: 00d16fd4-9a34-4c1e-a069-06231a3492ab

Yes, US-Routing will work (with more latency in my case.). Is it an internal issue of Vapi or Twilio or can i akt on it to use Ireland-Routing for european calls?

I looked that call samples you shared and the affected Call : CA8f116373b6b3dc8f50e708530328d97e (through IE1 region). I can see you're using to the stream URL : 'wss://aws-us-west-2-production3-phone-call-websocket.vapi.ai' The has only recently been made available in the Ireland (IE1) and Australia (AU1) Regions. For outbound calls, I would suggest you to please follow the guide for outbound calls in non-US Regions . Above guide will show you how to make an outbound Call using the Twilio REST API in a Region other than the default, United States (US1) Region. The examples in this guide will use the Ireland (IE1) Region." This answer doesn't help me, but perhaps it is an approach for Vapi to make the routing region (IE1) usable for transferCalls within Europe.

No, unfortunately not yet. I currently have an open ticket with Twilio.
