This has only occured once from my experience, but chatbot was asked to read out an email from file, but said the wrong email and then continued to give the right email. Very weird output. 07/08/2024 Call ID: 3f523244-0549-40e9-b809-33e0be343328 Time: 2:46 When asked to read out the email on file, it said "emily.brown@email.com, the email associated is actually isabella.lee@email.com." - Not sure where or why it said the email for Emily.
