Assistant does not transfer the call

The agent filters for spam correctly and ends call but when it determines it's not spam it says it is transferring but the call doesn't get transferred and the agent repeats the same thing with no transfer when asked why still not transferred. say: - “Please hold on while I transfer you to our live customer service team.” - Transfer the call to the Customer Service Assistant. - Ensure all call transfers are smooth and seamless. - If the caller does not indicate any interest or need for these services, use the End Call Phrase "Goodbye” and end the call by hanging up. I added the same details in the model settings for squad members Have done 15 test calls with no success call id 7aa67834-ffa4-46b4-a8fc-d8f69877bfcd Squad id ab7ae4a7-8f23-41f9-9402-134099411024 Please advise. Disconnect the assistant reconnect as well as provide proper description when to transfer the call
it will fix your issue
