@Chowderr No, basically the customer is having a phone conversation with the assistant. Now, the assistant wants to forward the customer to a real human's phone number. We can easily do this using the VAPI
forwardphonenumber
parameter, but this VAPI function transfers the call from the assistant's caller ID to the real human. However, I want the call to be transferred using the customer’s phone number, not the assistant’s. Is this possible?
