Assistant not interacting properly in the call

I'm having trouble interacting with the assistant via a phone call. Once I answer the call, the assistant successfully speaks the first message, I talk to the assistant but it seems to not hear anything, or properly understand, as it says things that doesn't make sense. Once the call is finished, the recorded audio is a lot shorter than expected, around 3 seconds, when I play it, it plays nonsense. The call lasted a lot more than that when I answered the phone.
