Agent not responding

I have several agents in my application and all of a sudden they're not responding at all. Please let me know what the issue is. Also, this specific issue (if occurs again) could be a deal breaker of several of my clients so I am expecting and explanation and ways to mitigate such occurrences in the future.

@Mashood I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your agents not responding. Let's work together to resolve this problem and ensure it doesn't affect your clients' experience in the future. To assist you effectively, I'll need a bit more information: 1. Could you provide the IDs of the agents that are not responding? 2. Have there been any recent changes to your application or the agents' configurations? 3. Are there any error messages or codes that you're seeing which could give us a clue about the issue? Once I have this information, I can look into the problem more deeply and help you find a solution. Additionally, we can discuss strategies to prevent such issues from occurring again, such as implementing monitoring tools, setting up alerts for system anomalies, and conducting regular audits of your system's health.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

I've designed my agents through my own application so they function as isolated API calls instead of being a proper "vapi" agent. Here's a recent conversation: https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls/d2177b8f-c8c7-4b12-b3c8-8246c954db16 No I've reverted the application to a previous state and the issue is still there, running isolated api calls with predictable prompts still causes the issue. Not seeing any error codes, the error is within the call so the API call goes through properly
