Assistant gets reverted back to original state

I made a duplicate of an existing assistant and in the duplicate, I changed the prompts and other settings. I kept publishing it after every change I made as I was testing it out. I even changed it's name to another. After a while when I came back to look at the assistant, it reverted back to the original - including name, prompts and settings. It was just a copy of the original assistant. I thought it might have been some error and changed the settings, published and even tested it. After a while when I came back, the same thing happened again - reverted to the original copy undoing all the changes I had published. This is the assistant id: 011f2ebd-3f0e-40ff-8694-33c28a965d47

@Sabari I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your assistant reverting to its original settings. It sounds like there might be a synchronization problem or a bug that's causing the changes not to persist. To help you effectively, I would recommend checking the following: 1. Ensure that you are saving and publishing the changes correctly within the assistant's interface. 2. Verify that there are no automated scripts or processes that might be reverting the assistant to a previous state. 3. Confirm that you have the appropriate permissions to make changes to the assistant. If you've already checked these and the problem persists, it may be best to reach out to the support team with the assistant ID: 011f2ebd-3f0e-40ff-8694-33c28a965d47 and a detailed description of the issue. They will be able to investigate further and provide a resolution. Would you like me to guide you on how to contact support or is there anything else I can assist you with right now?

1. I am publishing the assistant after every change I make 2. No automated script or processes are reverting it. 3. Yes only I have the permission to make changes to the assistant in my account. can you help me connect with support
v
@Sabari Absolutely, I can guide you on how to connect with support. Since you've confirmed that you're publishing correctly, there are no scripts interfering, and you have the necessary permissions, reaching out to support is the right step. To contact support, you can typically do so through the platform's help center or support section. Look for options such as "Contact Us," "Help," or "Support" within the dashboard or at the bottom of the website. From there, you should be able to submit a support ticket or find contact information for further assistance. If you need a direct link or specific instructions on how to reach out to support within the VAPI platform, please let me know, and I'll provide further assistance.
