Hi- If I am building bots for clients, is it better for each client to have their own account? or should I have all assistants in one account?

@LP Phil Hello! When building bots for clients, it's generally a good practice to have each client set up their own account. This approach has several advantages: 1. **Privacy and Security**: Each client's data is kept separate, ensuring privacy and reducing the risk of data breaches. 2. **Customization and Control**: Clients have more control over their bots and can customize settings according to their needs. 3. **Scalability**: As clients' needs grow, they can scale their services independently. 4. **Billing and Subscription Management**: It simplifies billing and subscription management, as each client is responsible for their own account. 5. **Compliance**: It helps in adhering to legal and privacy requirements by maintaining data within the client's jurisdiction or control. However, if you are managing all the bots on behalf of your clients, you could use a single account with proper organization and permission settings, if the platform allows for it. This could simplify management for you but would require careful handling of access and data segregation. Ultimately, the best approach depends on the specific needs and agreements you have with your clients, as well as the capabilities of the platform you're using.
