Outbound call is going not through

I'm trying to initiate an outbound call for a Twilio number to test that everything is in order before I start a client project. But when I try call myself, I don't receive any call. what does it shows in your twilio console. Mostly the telephony provider is blocking calls from the number.
what you can do is purchase a new number and try with that and it will work.

if you check call state is noanswer but call never reached
mostl likely these virtual numbers are blocked your telephony provider. so better purchase a new number and try again.
