Is it possible for the AI to pick up a bad habit. I was testing all day with my squad and then all of a sudden it started mention that is was transferring the call which I have trained it not... and was working. And then as soon as that one time it now keeps say it will transfer the call ever though I've told the AI that is should and its life depends on it. LOL. Basically do the calls effect each other? As in is the AI learning from the calls?
