Hi, I have a question, Context: I am working on making vapi assistant work with a knowledge base, but we have around 2000+ scenarios with different customer/application status and conditions. we have made those 2000+ files (approx 700 words each). when a customer comes in, an assistant with only one file is attached to the customer, according to his status and conditions, to answer better for his query. My Question is, I don't feel this to be the best way to do this, is there any optimized way, that we can do?
