Well, ok, it really depends on the speed that you need. Obviously THE most accurate way would be to build an agent on Voiceflow (knowledgebase + all scenarious) - and then connect it to Vapi. You can do that either through Voiceglow or custom integration, I have it on this vidoeo: ----- It is a bit slower than without Voiceflow, so if you need speed, I would say build multiple agents for separate scenarious and do Squads
