Calls Dropping Randomly and Audio Issues

I’ve made about 400 calls today and noticed that randomly, the calls just drop. Initially, I thought it was the customers hanging up, but I’ve tested this by calling friends and even myself, and the calls still drop for no apparent reason. Additionally, I’ve listened to some of the recordings and noticed that the person I’m speaking with can’t seem to hear me. They keep saying “hello, hello” before the call disconnects. @User

@John I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the calls dropping and audio problems. It sounds like there might be a couple of different issues at play here. Let's tackle them one by one. Firstly, regarding the calls dropping, this could be related to the phone-call-provider-closed-websocket context, which indicates that the connection with the call provider was unexpectedly closed. This can happen due to network issues, problems with the call provider's service, or other technical glitches. Secondly, the issue where the person on the other end can't hear you might be related to the customer-did-not-give-microphone-permission context. However, since you mentioned that this occurs even when calling friends and yourself, it's more likely to be a technical issue on your end rather than a permissions problem. To address these issues, I would recommend the following steps: 1. Check your internet connection to ensure it's stable and reliable. A poor connection can cause calls to drop. 2. Make sure that your microphone is working properly and that the correct audio input device is selected in your system settings. 3. If you're using a third-party service like Twilio (as indicated by the twilio-failed-to-connect-call context), check their status page for any ongoing issues and ensure that your account is in good standing. 4. Restart your device and any related software to clear any temporary glitches that might be affecting the calls. If you've already tried these steps and the problem persists, it may be best to reach out to the support team of your call provider for further assistance. They can provide more detailed troubleshooting based on their system logs and the specifics of their service. Would you like me to assist you with anything else at this moment?

phone-call-provider-closed-websocket. Could you please clarify what exactly this means? Is this issue related to the phone call provider closing the connection? could you provide any specific steps or suggestions on how I can resolve or prevent this from happening in future calls? and i will send you can you 1-2 call ids with english translation with timestamp and actual vs expected responses.
s
it occurs either user has unusally ended the call or telephony provider closed the connection.
j
when you mention "user" in the context of the call being unusually ended, are you referring to me (the person making the call) or the customer I am calling? Also, since I am currently using Vonage as my telephony provider, would you recommend switching to Twilio to avoid this issue, or is there something I can do within Vonage to resolve the problem?
s
You cannot do anything, it's something vonage has to fix on their side. you can ask them.
also here user is the customer called to.
