check the call end reason again it's customer-ended-call.

thanks for checking. Actually, I do not think I ended the call, otherwise I would not have raised a ticket. I think it disconnected after a Twilio fault. See screenshot. @Stephenm yes your right but that doesn't has anything to do with call disconnect if it was then call would voice mail detection or amd dectection but instead user didn't responded and eventually ended the call. Thanks for looking at this. However, I did not end the call. This was a Twilio fault. Thanks. It looks like I hung up from the logs (how did you get the twilio Call SID, just from the date time stamp? ) but maybe the hangup signal came from somewhere else in the pipe. when we initate call from your account in response from twilio we get it you can also get it by making a GET /call/:id
closing ticket now.
