I have tried changing the description dozen of times, added very specific prompt phrases, nothing works. The squads would not pass the call to the closing assistant. The middle assistants are saying end call phrase despite having clear instructions not to do so and disabling end call function Call IDS: bf49eb52-edd7-4284-97a2-f6a81fa3aabb, 4073d278-d7f9-4b70-917a-2d0c57b5c9cf

was expected but it came something else and was supposed to work like this.

your description and use input doesn't holds any similarity for assistant transfer, LLM won't be doing self-initate trasnfser.
also to help you better can i get the complete context where exactly you were expecting a transfer and how?

@Shubham Bajaj - This is one of the descriptions used: "When the caller finishes asking questions and do not need anything else" - This is in the prompt: DO NOT end the call, always pass the call to SQUAD 1 - Closing when there is no further questions or inquiries and the call is about to end. The squads already transfer assistant from "Greetings" squad to designated department assistant, after the caller finishes his inquiries it should go to "Closing" squad to gather personal information for recall
The issue is: After the caller finishes his questions, the call is ended without transfering to final squad

That is hard for the AI to determine if the call is coming to an end. or is there are now more questions. You would need to get the middle AI to ask a question like do you have any more questions and based on an answer of no then it should transfer. Unless there is a specific intent that is clear for the AI to recognise then it wont transfer.

you have to initiate transfer as @jason already mentioned by asking a question, Assistant/AI by itself won't get to know it's about to end the call and won't do self-transfer tool call.
