Hello, I was surprised to find that no end-of-call-report is sent to my server when the customer does not answer the call. Is there any way to send a notification like this? It is important information for scheduling follow-ups etc.

@Yoshi Hello! I understand how important it is to receive notifications for all call outcomes, including when a customer does not answer. Currently, the end-of-call-report is sent when a call ends for reasons such as a hangup. If you're not receiving a report for unanswered calls, it might be due to the specific configurations of the VAPI service. To address this, I recommend checking the documentation or settings of your VAPI service to see if there's an option to enable reports for unanswered calls. If this feature is not available or you're unable to find the necessary settings, it would be best to reach out to the support team for further assistance. They can provide more detailed information on how to achieve the desired functionality or discuss potential workarounds. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with!

yes cause it is logical
use status-update for it

?
It doesn't send a status-update event either
s

No worries it seems to be working now, I think my server was not correctly configured
I also had a question about scalability - how many calls can VAPI handle simultaneously?
