Call transfer ends the call without transferring

Hi! I have a forwarding number that I setup from the dashboard and in the prompt I specified to use the transfer call function when the caller asks for live support. So I test that out from my phone and the assistant says "transferring call now" or something similar and the call ends. I reviewed the logs and the tool call seems correct "Model called tool: transferCall({"destination":"+xxxx..."})" I also used the API to get the assistant and check if the forwarding option looks right, which it does. This is one of the call logs where that happened 5ce71d33-2b19-4548-849f-30419e9dbda3. Thank you!

@User I'm clicking the ask for help and it's not working so I'm sorry I'm tagging the Team, I read some of the recommended threads they were very useful but I tried a Vapi number and a Twilio number and neither is working, I don't know if both are flagged as spam... and the phone it is meant to be forwarding to is my own so I know it works. Is there anything else I should be looking into? Do I try a vonage number as well?

Thank you, I watched the section for solution 1, which is what I want and he only fills up the forwarding number on the functions which is something I already did. Is there anything else I should be paying attention to in that video?

You are trying to make a international call transfer
you will need to buy your own number from twilio and then enable the international permission
then it will work
