I’m having issues with getting the agent to end the call. I’ll run the exact same conversation through it twice, it will say the words it’s supposed to say, but then on some occasions end the call, and on others decide not to. Any advice?

I have an if then logic setup, where if the user says something, then the agent will say something, followed with a endCall function. The user always says the line, but rarely activates the endCall function
