Okay. I think I resolved this. I wasn't responding with the required format as described here -> https://docs.vapi.ai/tools-calling#server-response-format-providing-results-and-context . Once I made that change this seemed to work for me
@Shubham Bajaj suggestion from my side would be to print an error in the logs when that happens. Not sure how easy/hard that is
